Do your licenses expire?
No. All of our server licenses are perpetual and will work with any version of the product released within your support & maintenance period.
How much support is included with the purchase price?
Our products comes with an unlimied, 12 months support agreement. Renewal of support after the first year is optional, however is subject to additional fees on re-instatement if support lapses for a period of time.
What is the cost to renew support & maintenance?
We charge 25% of the current product fee for all support & maintenance renewals renewed on or before the renewal date. If you choose Priority Support the is an additional charge on top of the maintenance fee.
What is Priority Support?
Customers with Priority support are placed at the top of our incoming support queues.
