How can I get support for SSL-Explorer Community Edition?

Support for SSL-Explorer Community Edition is provided via the SSL-Explorer forums at 3sp.com.

Please ensure that you post as much information as possible about the circumstances that caused the problem. We will need to know your operating system, SSL-Explorer version, Java virtual machine version/manufacturer, and most importantly, the debug log files generated by SSL-Explorer.

Without logging information there is very little we can do to help.

No more forums
It would appear 3SP has decided to remove the forums, thereby creating a complete vacuum for those seeking for answers regarding the Community Edition.

Forums are down
Forums link returns a 404

3SP Support
The Community Edition no longer exists as it had to be removed. I agree however that the forums had a lot of useful information on them and I am working to at least bring that archive back online.

The only problem is that our new website is incompatible with the server software the old forums ran on, so the forums are having to be manually converted to a different format, which is taking a lot of time.
